T.S.C Cleaning is working along side various Training Providers in Birmingham to provide Traineeships to young people Age 16-24.

Just left school or college?

​

Having problems gaining employment due to the lack of experience. We have training opportunities where you will gain valuable training, employability skills, CV writing, work experience, interview techniques and a great reference to help you into employment.

There are opportunities to gain work experience in the following industries:

Customer Service

Admin

Marketing

Digital Skills

and much more

The traineeship is a FREE 4 to 8 week programme, on the the course you will have 1-2-1 support with a training provider for upto 4 weeks, where you will gain employability skills, any further training you may need such as English and Math and much more. 

 

After your time with the training provider you will be given a placement with a employer, where you will gain on the job work experience in your chosen field for up to 4 weeks. Once you have finished you will be invited to an interview with the employer, which may lead to apprenticeship, employment or further training.
