The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we do not wash windows
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

we accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Debit card or Credit card payments

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. cancellations after this will occur a 50% fee of the service. Customers in a service contract will need to following the cancellation policy in their contract.  

Satisfaction Guarantee

if your not satisfied with your service, we correct any service your not happy with and offer your a 15% discount on your next service.
